In-Plant Consulting
The Real Bargain in the long run
What It Does, How It Works . . . We all need (and sensibly seek) a little outside help from time to time. The absolute best in every field uses a Coach, a Trainer, an Advisor of some sort once in a while. Watch the superb Olympic athletes. Each has a coach nearby. The most skilled performers in any sport have a teacher or mentor available. None of us dares to assert we know it all. And even the sharpest, most astute business person finds it useful to occasionally "bounce" an idea or a question off a colleague. There is something about a bit of give and take with someone who really understands our question, and will give an objective answer. But what's a woodwork manufacturing plant owner to do when the usual sources fail to provide adequate solutions?
It may be time to call the Consultant.
