strength and weakness will be analyzed and reported. Together, you
and he will chart a course for the future. You will establish a
specific improvement plan. You will determine which areas need adjusting,
and which to work on first. The plan will be specific about What's
to be accomplished, Who's to do What, Where it is to take place,
and When. That way it can be monitored further, and other adjustments
may be made as required. You will examine: Performance of all Transaction
Events, with emphasis on the Bidding Process, Costing and Pricing
People Recruiting and Training Job Costing ( and all Financials)
Plant Layout Machinery upgrades Business Plan and Strategies The
correlation between the Business Goals and your own Personal Goals
By the conclusion of the consulting engagement, strengths and weaknesses
will have been thoroughly discussed with appropriate key People.
Our Improvement Plan will have been agreed upon. Then, in a few
weeks, after further discussions by phone, etc., a Review of the
Plan will be written by Mr. Norlin, and a copy forwarded to you.
We can then check on the progress of the implementation. |
In-Plant
Consulting fees are based on $1,000 a day, plus expenses. Adjustments
are made from time to time for airline fares and hotel rates.
Currently, your costs are: $1,760 for one day, $2,870 for two
days, and $3,980 for three days. The number of days required is
determined by plant size and the scope of what is to be accomplished.
Bill Norlin does the consulting.
A day is a 24-hour period beginning with Mr. Norlin's arrival.
Example: A Two-day assignment begins upon arrival, say mid-afternoon.
Departure would then be mid-afternoon about 48 hours later. You
(the Client) meet Mr. Norlin at the airport and provide transportation.
You select the hotel most convenient for your logistics. Mr. Norlin
pays for the hotel.
